Responsibilities Assist senior carpenters with a variety of construction tasks, including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials using hand tools and power tools.

Support the installation of siding, drywall, and other exterior or interior finishes while adhering to safety standards.

Learn to read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and ensure accurate execution.

Participate in concrete forming and finishing processes as directed by experienced team members.

Help with restoration projects by removing old materials and preparing surfaces for new installations.

Operate heavy equipment safely under supervision for tasks such as lifting heavy materials or moving equipment around the site.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly for efficiency and safety.

Qualifications A strong interest in carpentry, construction, or related trades with a desire to learn and grow professionally.

Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking techniques is a plus.

Ability to follow detailed instructions from blueprints, schematics, or supervisors accurately.

Willingness to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required on construction sites.

Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards safety protocols and quality workmanship.

Construction experience is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.

Must be able to operate or learn to operate heavy equipment safely when needed.
