Hy-Grade Millwork is a reputable architectural millwork shop specializing in custom fabrication for commercial, and institutional projects.

We are seeking a Custom Fabricator to join our dynamic team of skilled craftsmen.

Responsibilities: - Operate a variety of woodworking machinery, hand tools, and equipment to fabricate custom millwork pieces.- Cut, shape, and assemble materials to create quality custom millwork.- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols and guidelines.- Troubleshoot and solve fabrication challenges to deliver exceptional craftsmanship and quality.- Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines and deliver superior client satisfaction.

Requirements: - Proven experience as a custom fabricator, preferably in an architectural millwork shop or similar environment.- Strong knowledge of different materials, such as wood, laminates, veneers, and hardware.- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, and specifications.- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality craftsmanship.- Solid time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials when required.

Preferred but not required qualifications: - Vocational or trade school training in woodworking or a related field.- Knowledge of finishing techniques and materials.
