Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finish Carpenter to join our construction team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, woodworking, and finishing work, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.

This role involves working on residential projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards.

The Finish Carpenter will collaborate with project managers and other trades to complete projects efficiently and to client specifications.

Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to execute precise carpentry work

Install cabinets, trim, molding, siding, and other finishing elements

Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various carpentry tasks

Assist siding installation, and other exterior finishing work

Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols Requirements

Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, or related construction fields

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings with precision

Familiarity with hand tools, power tools and heavy lifting techniques

Strong understanding of safety standards in construction environments

Ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights when necessary

Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship

Pay: $21.00-$45.00 per hour
