Job description
As a Resident Care Aide at Hallmark on the Park, you assist residents with daily living activities, personal care, and wellness while building meaningful relationships. You deliver compassionate care by following personalized care plans and promoting a safe, supportive environment for seniors.
Hard requirements
- Graduation from a recognized Resident Care Assistant Program
- Current registration and in good standing with the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry
- First Aid Level 1 (required for external hires)
- High school diploma
- Current Food Safe certificate
- Current WHMIS certification
Pay & benefits
- $28–$30/hr
