Job description
Clinical Services Manager responsible for clinical programs including System Navigation, Crisis services/CAST, and MCRT, while supporting evidence-based best practices and acting as the point of contact for clinical services.
Hard requirements
  • Minimum of five years of clinical experience in community mental health and addictions
  • Minimum of three years of leadership experience, preferably in a mental health and addiction agency
  • Member in good standing with a regulated college along with a Master?s Degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology or related discipline
  • Demonstrated knowledge of program management, evaluations, risk management, budgeting, human resource planning, and processes
  • Experience leading in a unionized environment
  • Competency in Standard corporate software (Microsoft Office), experience with EMRs and capabilities in data entries and searches
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation including Personal Heath Information Privacy Act, Mental Health Act, Child, Youth and Family Services Act, Canadian Human Rights Act, and the Employment Standards Act
