advanced care paramedic
Job description
The ACP provides immediate treatment and transportation of sick and injured individuals, operating within the Advanced Care practice scope with leadership responsibilities for decision-making and safety during each shift.
Hard requirements
- Current PEI Paramedic License
- Current CPR card
- Copy of diploma/degree
- Class 4 Driver's License; must be fully graduated/unrestricted Driver's abstract issued within the last 90 days
- Valid ACLS certification
- Valid Driver's course certificate (CEVO) issued within the last 2 years
- Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check issued within the last 90 days
- Confirmation of HEP. B vaccination
- Maintains ACP status through mandated continuing medical education
Pay & benefits
- $33.34 - $42.10 Hourly as per the CUPE 3324 Collective Agreement
