Job description
Coordinate patient care holistically as part of the New Brunswick Extra-Mural Program, assessing needs and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide primary health care in homes and communities.
Hard requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Actively registered or ability to register with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick
- Minimum two years specialized registered nursing experience in last five years (preference for family practice, surgical, palliative care, or oncology)
- Valid New Brunswick Class 5 Driver's License and good driving record
- Current CPR Level C certification or ability to obtain within 3 months
- Ability to work all shifts and maintain good attendance
- High regard for confidentiality
- Submit a valid and clean criminal record check
- Written and spoken competence in English and French
- Valid Canadian passport or Nexus card required for St. Stephen EMP unit positions
Pay & benefits
- $30–$54/hr
- Salary range as per collective agreement
Work format
- Full Time Temporary (1.0 FTE)
- Rotating days, evenings, nights, weekends, statutory holidays and on-call
- Subject to change due to operational requirements
- Location: Blanche-Bourgeois (Dieppe)
