Job description
The Physiotherapist coordinates and provides quality care to patients and families, promoting functional performance within the New Brunswick Extra-Mural Program. This role involves working as part of an integrated, multi-disciplinary team to deliver primary health care in homes and communities.
Hard requirements
- Bachelor and/or Master's Degree of Science in Physiotherapy or equivalent
- Registered member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapist of New Brunswick and eligible for membership in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association
- Written and spoken competence in English and French
- Valid New Brunswick Class 5 Driver's License and good driving record
- Valid and clean criminal record check
- Current CPR Level C certification issued in the last 12 months, or ability to obtain within 3 months
- Ability to work efficiently as a team member with leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work all shifts as assigned and maintain good attendance
- High regard for confidentiality and excellent work habits
- Note: For St. Stephen EMP unit positions, a valid Canadian passport or Nexus card is required
Pay & benefits
- $30–$56/hr
- Salary range as per collective agreement
Work format
- 0800hr to 1600hr Monday-Friday, subject to change due to operational requirements
