Job description
Unison Health and Community Services is seeking a Nurse Practitioner-Registered Nurse for its Lawrence Heights site to diagnose and manage common health problems as part of the primary health care team. The role involves performing clinical duties, collaborating with physicians on homebound clients, and providing supervision and education.
Hard requirements
- Registration in the Extended Class with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- 3-5 years experience in a community-based setting or nursing experience in Primary Care/NP
- Sound clinical judgment and strong health assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent triage and clinical skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Commitment to pro-choice philosophy and equity goals
Pay & benefits
- $123,141 to $140,522 per annum plus benefits
