Job description
As an Ophthalmic Assistant and Administrative Assistant, you provide quality eye care, assist ophthalmologists, and handle administrative duties to ensure patients receive the highest level of care.
Hard requirements
  • Strong communication, problem solving, and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to work well in a team or self-directed environment
  • Passion for helping others or background in medical office/customer service
  • Experience working in a medical office and knowledge of EMR systems (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Pay & benefits
  • $18.00-$22.00 per hour (dependent on experience; higher for OSC, COA, COT, COMT, or ROUB)
  • On-site employer sponsored tuition agreement for eligible candidates pursuing certifications
