Job description
Postnatal Care Specialists provide 24/7 care, support, and education to families at the Yorkville retreat or in their homes across the GTA. They guide parents through newborn care, sleep habits, and postpartum recovery while ensuring safety and comfort.
Hard requirements
- Registered Social Worker (OCSWSSW), Registered Nurse, Certified Postpartum Doula, or Registered Midwife in Canada
- Perinatal and infant care experience working with newborns
- Valid Infant CPR (Level B) and First Aid Certifications
- Vulnerable Sector Check (within a year)
- Proof of personal insurance
Pay & benefits
- $100K–$536K/yr
Work format
- Minimum 3-7 shifts including overnight, weekends, and holidays
