Registered dietitian - part time - countryside
Job description
The Registered Dietitian provides resident nutrition and hydration care, documents compliance with regulatory standards, and develops nutrition plans for Extendicare residents.
Hard requirements
- University degree in Food and Nutrition from an approved university
- Current registration in the applicable province's regulatory College of Dietitians
- Membership in Dietitians of Canada and the Gerontology Network
- Knowledge of Provincial Food Premises Regulation, CCHSA Accreditation, and regulatory requirements
- Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office applications and Synergy or Point Click Care/eMAR
- Complete and current Vulnerable Sector Check (within six months)
