Job description
Fraser Health seeks a skilled Acute Care Neurosurgeon with spine subspecialty interest to join our surgical team. The role involves dividing operative time between Royal Columbian Hospital and Eagle Ridge Hospital, providing inpatient consultation, documentation, and surgery for spinal problems.
Hard requirements
- Completion of a recognized Neurosurgery residency program in Canada
- Fellowship training in spine surgery (preferred)
- CMPA eligible
- CPSBC eligible
- FRCSC eligible

- MOCAP compensation
- On-call payments
Work format
- Daytime neurosurgical call coverage hours to be discussed (e.g., 8:00-12:00, 8:00-16:00)
- Days/week to be discussed
- Portion of MOCAP on-call stipend reallocated to this position
