Physician compensation analyst
Job description
Interior Health is seeking a permanent Physician Compensation Analyst to support planning, analysis, contract evaluation, and decision-making regarding physician compensation models and funding. The role involves providing data analysis, implementing billing processes, and evaluating service contracts.
Hard requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or CPA
- One to three years of experience relevant to the duties of the position
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Customer service orientation with ability to be innovative and participate with others
- Experience working in an organization of similar size and complexity
- Ability to participate on a multi-disciplinary team and meet deadlines
- Ability to adapt and produce high quality results in a constantly-changing environment
- Ability to multi-task and perform numerous tasks within acceptable time frames
- Excellent computer skills to access and manipulate data for financial analysis
- Strong analytical ability to interpret and present data
- Understanding of the full accounting and budgeting cycle
Pay & benefits
- Salary range $76,111 (min) to $95,138 (midpoint) to $109,409 (max) per annum based on 1.0 FTE
