Cardiology technologist (diploma) - peace arch hospital
Job description
Casual Cardiology Technologists perform ECG testing, stress testing, holter and Ambulatory Blood Pressure monitoring, and assist with Pacemaker interrogation under supervision. The role involves scanning test strips, summarizing data for physicians, maintaining equipment, and training staff.
Hard requirements
- Completion of a recognized Cardiology Technology Program at the Diploma level plus two (2) years recent related experience, or equivalent combination
- Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists (CSCT) certified
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to deal effectively with others
- Ability to organize work
- Ability to operate related equipment
- Physical ability to perform the duties
Pay & benefits
- CAD $37.42 - $46.74 / hour
