Job description
Coordinate and lead process improvement, project management, and change initiatives within the Hemodialysis Unit under the supervision of the Hemodialysis Manager. Oversee service organization, coordinate activities based on client needs, supervise employees and resources, ensure quality of care and patient safety, and facilitate effective communication among staff, clients, and the multidisciplinary team.
Hard requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences and/or Business Administration
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in process improvement and/or project management, change management, or quality improvement
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project) and Visio
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills; demonstrated transformational leadership; ability to mobilize, engage, and act as a change agent
  • Ability to travel within the Vitalité Health Network territory and throughout the province
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member; physical ability to perform assigned duties; good previous work history (performance and attendance)
  • Adherence to professional ethics principles, confidentiality rules, and organizational values
  • Bilingual essential
  • Master's degree in a related field is considered an asset
  • PMI certification is an asset
  • Lean or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is an asset
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is an asset
Pay & benefits
  • $68K–$94K/yr
Work format
  • Temporary full-time
  • Day, 8 and 12-hour shifts (schedule may be changed to meet operational needs)
