registered veterinary technician (RVT)
Job description
Assist veterinarians with exams, procedures, and surgeries while performing lab work, radiographs, anesthesia, and patient monitoring. Provide client education, maintain medical records, and support community-based initiatives in a collaborative team environment.
Hard requirements
- Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) designation and member in good standing with the Ontario Association of Veterinary Technicians (OAVT).
- Eligible to work in Canada and able to pass a criminal record check.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
