Job description

Nurse Practitioner providing clinical leadership for an inter-professional team in geriatric care at the Almonte, ON location. The role involves working as an independent contractor reporting to the Medical Director.

Hard requirements

Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing and Current Nurse Practitioner Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario in the Extended Class (Master?s Degree preferred)
Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in geriatric clients and adult chronic disease management
Valid Ontario Driver?s License and reliable vehicle
Familiarity with MS Office applications
Eligibility to work in Canada upon hire
