Job description
The incumbent provides patient care including assessment, rehabilitation, and mobilization while developing exercise programs to improve functional independence. They collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and may participate in planning, quality improvement, supervision, and research activities.
Hard requirements
  • Member in good standing of the New Brunswick Kinesiology Association
  • Bilingual essential
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and human body systems
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Sound clinical judgment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform the assigned duties
  • Good prior work record (performance and attendance)
  • Adherence to professional ethics, management philosophy, and organizational values
  • Respect for confidentiality rules of the Vitalité Health Network
