The Honourable Lena Metlege Diab, Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship, will welcome 50 of Canada’s newest citizens from 21 different countries at a special Canada Day citizenship ceremony. Citizenship Judge Rania Sfeir will preside over the ceremony.
Ottawa, June 30, 2026—The Honourable Lena Metlege Diab, Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship, will welcome 50 of Canada’s newest citizens from 20 different countries at a special Canada Day citizenship ceremony. Citizenship Judge Rania Sfeir will preside over the ceremony.
