foreman/woman, injection moulding - rubber and plastic manufacturing
Job description
Supervises, coordinates and schedules production workers to operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic or rubber parts. Establishes methods to meet work schedules, sets up machines, trains staff, and prepares production reports.
Hard requirements
- College/CEGEP education
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
- Metal mould-making experience with injection moulds
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Judgement, organized, team player, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability, values and ethics

- On site work only; no remote option
- Supervises 3-4 people: labourers in rubber and plastic products manufacturing and plastics processing machine operators
