Job description Insulator We?re looking for Insulators who wants to join our Drywall Company and help us build amazing projects for our Calgary and surrounding area clients.
We need candidates who have the skill and experience to perform quality insulation work, maintain high standards, and potentially grow into leadership roles managing build sites from start to completion.
Qualifications & Skills
No degree, certificate or diploma
1 - 2 years of experience in insulation, drywall, taping, or general construction.
Knowledge of insulation installation, poly vapour barriers, caulking, spray foam, and related building materials.
All job-specific tools will be provided by the company
Ability to work in different environmental conditions (indoors/ outdoors, hot/ cold)
Must be comfortable performing physical work and working on active construction sites
Must be comfortable working at heights and tight spaces
Be self-motivated, dependable, and a good communicator.
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Valid WHMIS and CSTS certifications are an asset.
Responsibilities
Measure, cut, fit, and install fiberglass insulation into walls, ceilings, and other required areas.
Install and secure poly vapor barriers, and apply caulking and spray foam around windows and other openings.
Set up, operate, and maintain insulation blowing machines to install loose-fill/blown-in fiberglass or cellulose insulation efficiently into attics, enclosed walls, and hard-to-reach cavities.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on active job sites.
Follow all company installation methods, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Complete daily hazard assessments, adhere to all site safety procedures, and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Track daily hours, material usage, and scope of work completed, communicating project progress or site delays directly to supervisors.
Work efficiently as part of a team and communicate effectively with supervisors and trades.
Salary: $20-$25 per hour or Sq.

Start date is negotiable for the right candidate
3 months probation followed by a performance review
Company vehicle provided for qualifying roles.
