Confirmed Attics ? Markham, ON Full-time · Monday to Saturday, · Year-round $30.00?$40.00 per hour , based on experience About the job We re-insulate attics in homes across Markham and the GTA. We're hiring an experienced installer who already knows their way around a blowing machine and is comfortable working inside an attic.

You'll start each morning at our Markham shop, load out, and run one to three homes a day with a partner in a company truck.

Steady work, Monday to Friday, all year ? attics don't slow down in the winter.

What you'll do

Install baffles/rafter vents, hatch dams, and pot-light guards

Air seal top plates, penetrations, and bypasses before insulating

Run the blowing machine and hose ? feed at the truck or place material in the attic to the specified R-value

Set depth markers and confirm coverage meets spec

Protect the home: floor runners, containment, and full cleanup before you leave

Take before/after photos and complete job paperwork

Load and unload material, keep the truck and equipment clean and ready to go What you need

Experience blowing in insulation ? fiberglass or cellulose, machine and hose.

Attic vacuum-out experience is a strong plus.

Comfortable working in attics ? crawling on joists, low clearance, tight spaces, and summer attic heat, in full PPE (coveralls, respirator, headlamp).

English ? you need to take and confirm safety and job instructions on site and speak with homeowners at the door.

Full G licence with a clean driver's abstract ? every installer drives the company truck.

Your own vehicle to get to our Markham shop for a morning start.

Able to repeatedly lift and carry 50 lb bags and climb ladders all day

Reliable, on time, and respectful in a customer's home Nice to have

WHMIS 2015 and Working at Heights (MOL-approved)

Current respirator fit test

Air sealing, spray foam, or mold remediation experience What we offer
