Sales Associate ? Wireless Nerds (Bell Authorized Dealer) North York (Keele & Sheppard) · In person · Part-time, ~24 hrs/week · $18?20/hour + commission We're a phone store that builds its own software.

We're an independent Bell dealer on Keele St, and there are three of us.

Over the past year we built our own website, our own point-of-sale till, a live Bell price tracker, and the system that runs the whole business ? using AI, because there was no other way three people could have done it.

Why we're hiring Year one was hard.

It isn't any more ? traffic is up, the phone rings, and independent shops around the city send us their carrier customers.

We've run out of hours before we've run out of demand.

We're not looking for someone to stand behind the counter and wait for the door to open.

What you'd do

Sell phones, plans, accessories and home internet, and get customers set up properly

Handle repair intake, and work the leads that come in from our website and our partner stores

Learn to build simple tools with AI to make the store run better.

No experience needed ? none of us had any when we started

Bring us your ideas.

We're small enough to actually change things when they're good The honest version

$18?20/hour plus commission.

Commission is real and it's on top of your hourly.

We'll go through the actual numbers at the interview, and we're not going to quote you a monthly earnings figure we can't back up.

Bell pays us about three months after a sale.

You don't wait that long ? your commission is paid the month after the sale.

Like everywhere in this industry it's subject to clawback if the account is cancelled or unpaid inside the carrier's window, and we'll show you exactly how that works in writing before you start.

It starts part-time , about 24 hours a week ? three weekday shifts plus Saturdays.

You move to full-time hours once you're closing sales start to finish on your own, assessed at your 90-day review.

This is not commission-only and it's not remote.

Hourly, in a store, on a schedule.

You'd do well here if you've sold something before, you pick things up fast, you're comfortable on a computer, you can hold a conversation with a stranger, and you actually like phones.

It's not for you if you want a script for every situation, you want leads handed to you, or clocking in and clocking out is the appeal.
