MEIRAKO is looking for a friendly, hands-on Assistant Manager to join our team at our YEG location . This role is perfect for someone who?s passionate about creativity, customer care, and building connection through jewelry-making workshops.

What You?ll Be Doing:

Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and team coordination

Hosting our jewelry making workshops

Creating a welcoming, warm in-store experience for guests

Helping with inventory, workshop materials, and visual merchandising

Organizing bookings, schedules, and maintaining store cleanliness

Training and supporting new staff in customer service and workshop flow

Jumping in wherever needed with a positive and helpful attitude Who You Are:

Friendly and naturally great with people

Organized and proactive ? you love checklists and keeping things running smoothly

Confident leading small group experiences or creative workshops

Enjoy working in a small team and hands-on retail setting

Flexible with scheduling (weekends and holidays may be required)

Experience in jewelry is not required if you're quick to learn!

Location: Whyte Ave in Edmonton When we plan to hire: As soon as possible

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
