General Scope of Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Production Team Supervisor, the Production worker is responsible for processing products through efficient and safe use of the manufacturing equipment during his/her shift.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Sewing various types of fabrics (cotton, polyester, nylon) and/or leather

Sewing straight or curved stich lines.

Basic clamper (sewing) machine operation.

Ensure productivity quotas are met or exceeded on an hourly basis.

Helping out with the assembly line from time to time

Cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment.

Qualifications

Experience in a manufacturing factory is an asset.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and high-tolerance for repetitive work task

High attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure to meet hourly targets

Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Strong team player

Ability to adapt new equipment and procedures 40 hours per week WHY JOIN US?!
