Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS

Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards

Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and process payments efficiently

Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards

Manage food handling responsibilities with attention to hygiene and proper storage procedures

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience

Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts

Follow all sanitation, safety, and health regulations related to the food industry Skills

Experience in food preparation, cashiering, or food service preferred; restaurant or food industry experience is a plus

Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS and basic math skills for cash handling and transactions

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques

Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods

Ability to upsell menu items tactfully to enhance sales opportunities
