We are seeking a motivated Junior HVAC Installation Technician who wants to learn from experienced professionals and grow into an Experienced HVAC technician.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a Gas Technician 3 (G3) license who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to develop a career in residential heating and cooling.
Reporting To: Service Manager What You?ll Be Doing You will work alongside our installation and service team while learning to install and service:
Furnaces
Central air conditioners
Heat pumps
Tank and tankless water heaters
Gas fireplaces
Humidifiers
Air filtration systems
HRVs and ERVs
Thermostats
Gas piping
Residential ductwork
Residential duct cleaning As your skills develop, you?ll take on more responsibility and receive ongoing training.
QualificationsRequired
Gas Technician 3 (G3) licence (minimum)
Valid Ontario Class G driver?s licence
Clean driver?s abstract
Ability to work independently when required
Ability to follow instructions and company procedures
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable and punctual Assets
Leadership skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to build relationships and trust with customers quickly
Previous HVAC, construction, sheet metal, plumbing, gas fitting, or mechanical experience
