Process Development Engineer

We are seeking a talented and innovative Process Development Engineer to join our dynamic team in Palm Bay, United States.
In this role, you will drive the development and optimization of manufacturing processes that directly impact product quality, efficiency, and market competitiveness.
As a Process Development Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and continuously improve processes that meet our organization's strategic goals and customer expectations.
This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and analytical mindset to solve complex engineering challenges while contributing to our commitment to operational excellence and innovation.   Operate and Maintain Test Equipment:  Utilize HP4062/4073 testers with EG2080, EG4090, and TEL Precio XL probers, leveraging custom RMB code.  Work with HP8753 and Cascade full-temperature probers using HP IC-CAP software.  Manage Agilent B1500 with a manual probe station.  Utilize miscellaneous test equipment, including HP4145, oscilloscopes, curve tracers, and pulse generators.  Inventory Management:  Handle wafer inventory from previous silicon wafers.  Measurement Tasks:  Perform measurements on package parts.  Conduct transient manual measurements, such as Gate charge and Reverse recovery.  Generate Bond Diagrams for packages.  Design and order test boards.  Educational Background:  Bachelor's degree in Electrical Technology or equivalent.
Experience:   A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in analog circuits and semiconductor device characterization.  Layout Skills:  Experience in semiconductor layout using tools like Cadence Virtuoso, LEdit, or a willingness to learn.  Technical Proficiency:  Familiarity with Unix systems.  Lab Equipment Skills:  Proficiency in using various electronic lab equipment, including but not limited to:  Automated probers  Semiconductor parameter analyzers (SPA)  Source measure units (SMU)  S-parameter systems  Curve Tracers  Oscilloscopes  Pulse Generators  Power Supplies  Hands-On
