Duties
The Part-Time Adult Learning Director provides strategic leadership for the Adult Learning Centre's educational programs, focusing on program development, policy implementation, and staff support to deliver impactful services reflecting Métis culture.
Hard requirements
- Must be a provincially certified teacher with a Bachelor of Education and Manitoba permanent professional teaching certificate.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in adult education, program coordination, or school administration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Understanding of and respect for Métis culture and values.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management.
- Must hold valid criminal records and child abuse registry checks.
