Lead daily warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and site operations to meet customer requirements safely, accurately, and efficiently. Drive performance across people, safety, service, WMS discipline, inventory accuracy, housekeeping, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Hard requirements
- Ensure all warehouse transactions are completed accurately and in real time within the WMS
- Maintain inventory accuracy by customer, SKU, lot, location, and status
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, location issues, and transaction errors

- Ensure shipping documentation, BOLs, TDG paperwork, labels, placards, and customer-specific requirements are completed correctly
- Ensure all Health & Safety, Environmental, AWSA, ISO, WHMIS, TDG, and contamination prevention standards are maintained
