Duties
Work in a fruit and vegetable combination farming environment handling apples, cherries, grapes, melons, and orchard fruit. No degree or experience is required as training is provided.
Hard requirements
- Ability to work independently and handle heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Physically capable of bending, crouching, kneeling, and a combination of sitting, standing, walking
- Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and working under pressure
- Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliable, team player, values and ethics, quick learner
- English language proficiency; Spanish and Panjabi are assets
