Duties
Monitor revenues, staff performance, and daily operations while recruiting, training, and supervising 16-20 people. Determine service types, implement procedures, manage inventory, and address customer concerns in a fast-paced environment.
Hard requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 3 years to less than 5 years experience
- Accurate, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, perform repetitive tasks, pay attention to detail, and stand for extended periods
