Duties
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our NEW Store, Yard Liquor in Prince Albert to oversee store operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to foster a positive work environment.
Hard requirements
- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to sell products effectively while providing excellent customer service.
- Familiarity with store management practices and procedures.
- Proficiency in interviewing techniques for hiring new staff members.
- A positive attitude and strong leadership qualities to inspire team performance.
