vineyard worker
Duties
Perform physically demanding outdoor vineyard tasks including clearing fields, managing grape vines, tying plants, and harvesting crops. No degree or prior experience is required as training is provided.
Hard requirements
- Ability to work independently and handle heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Physical capabilities including manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to distinguish colors
- Attention to detail, reliability, and organized nature
- Efficient interpersonal skills, judgment, and team player attitude
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks, stand for extended periods, and bend, crouch, or kneel
