Enersion Inc. is hiring a Designer, Machines to provide hands-on technical support for the design, fabrication, installation and testing of mechanical equipment. Hard requirements
- College/CEGEP diploma in mechanical engineering technology, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5+ years in high-volume manufacturing, such as automotive production.
- 5+ years using SolidWorks, AutoCAD or comparable CAD tools.
- 5+ years in fabrication, prototyping and mechanical assembly.
- 3+ years integrating nano-porous materials into mechanical systems through design-support and development work.
- 3+ years applying thermo-fluid mechanics in nanotechnology-based systems, with a practical technical focus.
- 3+ years working with the properties of advanced or engineered materials.
- 3+ years troubleshooting mechanical equipment in manufacturing or R&D.
