biofuels production manager
Duties
Sign FX is seeking a hands-on production leader to run the floor in their new 16,000 sq. ft. facility in Carleton Place, supervising the team and managing production timelines. The role involves driving LEAN practices, handling purchasing, ensuring quality control, and maintaining accurate data in Odoo.
Hard requirements
- 5+ years managing a production/manufacturing floor, ideally in signage, print, or fabrication
- Experience leading a multi-discipline team, including performance reviews
- Comfort with ERP/scheduling systems (Odoo an asset)
- A safety-first mindset and solid organizational instincts to coordinate across departments
