Sole Human Resources representative supporting leadership in HR, health and safety processes, recruitment, onboarding, and records for a new long-term care and assisted living home.
Hard requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources (CHRP designation an asset)
- 1-3 years' experience as a Human Resources Generalist, preferably in a unionized setting
- JHSC Certification (or willing to obtain)
- Experience in benefits administration
- Ability to provide a vulnerable sector police check within the last 6 months, and proof of TB testing completed within the last 12 months
Pay & benefits
- Salary range of $68,000-77,000 per year, based on education and experience

Work format
- Full-time permanent position
- On-site role; work shared between Hamilton development site and Grimsby home during pre-opening/occupancy ramp-up phases, then full-time at Hamilton location (1411 Upper Wellington Street) upon opening in 2027
