Duties
Organize tasks and perform general farm duties in an organic farming environment, including operating machinery and packing mushrooms.
Hard requirements
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- No degree, certificate or diploma required
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Physically capable of handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods, and walking
- Possess steel-toed safety boots and gloves
- Excellent oral communication, organized, team player, reliable, and quick learner
