nursery worker
Duties
Perform physical outdoor agricultural tasks including cleaning crops, harvesting seedlings, pruning plants, and transplanting in a rural setting.
Hard requirements
- 5 years or more experience
- No degree, certificate or diploma
- Valid driver's licence
- Ability to handle heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Experience with forklifts, garden tractors, irrigation pumps, and light trucks
Pay & benefits
- $20/hr
Work format
- On site work at a physical location with no remote option
- Work in outdoor environments that are wet/damp, hot, and non-smoking
- Rural area setting
- Fast-paced environment requiring repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling
