Duties
Lawyer providing legal advice, representing clients in court and tribunals, negotiating settlements, and handling administrative legal tasks for family law matters.
Hard requirements
- Earned doctorate degree or Law (LLB, JD, BCL)
- 3 years to less than 5 years experience
- Membership in the Canadian Bar Association
- Membership in a provincial or territorial law society
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
