Duties
Support management in creating a welcoming, customer-focused environment while assisting on the sales floor, in fitting rooms, and at checkout. Maintain store operations, merchandising standards, and deliver outstanding customer service to drive sales and loyalty.
Hard requirements
- 2+ years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
- High school diploma required
- Strong customer service skills with ability to create a welcoming shopping experience
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for fashion with good sense of style and knowledge of trends
- Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet)
