Duties
Supervise farm operations including livestock monitoring, crop activities, and staff training in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Hard requirements
- No degree, certificate or diploma required
- Experience is an asset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organized and team player mindset
- Ability to work under pressure with a large workload
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and sitting
Pay & benefits
- $21/hr
Work format
- On site only; no remote option
- Combination farming environment (fruit, vegetable, livestock)
- Requires steel-toed safety boots and gloves
