Chief application analyst
Duties
Support the trading technology support team as a subject matter expert on a Fixed Income electronic trading platform, providing operational and technical support to traders and stakeholders. Monitor production systems, investigate incidents, and improve processes through automation.
Hard requirements
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a Linux environment
- Comfortable working independently during overnight support hours
- Willingness to learn complex trading workflows and systems
