Duties
As a Key Holder, you support delivering sales plans through effective execution of store and operational tasks, acting as manager on duty to address customer experience and operational issues. You lead exceptional in-store customer experiences by demonstrating selling behaviors, providing coaching, and setting daily goals for associates.
Hard requirements
- High school diploma, GED certificate, or Relevant Work Experience.
- Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment with demonstrated sales, customer experience, and operational results.
- Effective communication skills, open to feedback, and ability to adapt quickly.
- Ability to provide in the moment coaching to associates and de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
- Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds; perform constant physical activity including standing, walking, reaching, climbing ladders, bending, and kneeling.
