Department manager
Duties
As a department manager, you will perform various management activities within your department, define objectives, communicate expectations, and coach your team to achieve results. You will also manage purchases, inventories, price lists, marketing, and salary productivity while respecting department budgets.
Hard requirements
- 2 years of retail experience (if interested in learning about the role)
- High school diploma or college degree with management experience
