Department head
Duties
As a department manager, you will work with production and customer service clerks, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage purchasing, inventory, price lists, merchandising, and wage productivity to ensure business readiness. You will also provide team members with feedback for their professional development and the achievement of established objectives.
Hard requirements
- 1 year of retail experience (if interested in learning about the role)
- High school diploma or equivalent and management experience
- Already a department manager looking for advancement
