Client partner, ergonomics

Duties
The Client Partner, Ergonomics provides expert consultation, education, and program leadership to support workplace injury prevention and ergonomic best practices across Fraser Health. This role involves developing ergonomics programs, conducting assessments, and delivering training to promote safe work environments.
Hard requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Health Nursing, or a related field
  • Three years of recent related experience in a healthcare environment including ergonomics program planning, implementation, evaluation, and adult education
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ergonomics principles, standards, and best practices
  • Strong assessment, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop and facilitate adult learning and educational programs
  • Excellent communication, consultation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working collaboratively within complex healthcare environments
  • Working knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation
