Specialist – policy management

Duties
Provides subject matter expertise in risk policy frameworks, including analysis, development, approval, issuance, and communication. Writes, publishes, and maintains policy documentation, guidelines, standards, and operating procedures to support corporate, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Hard requirements
  • Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience
  • Post-secondary degree in related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of risk management, audit, compliance, and/or governance policy management
  • Knowledge of business and regulatory environment
  • Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience
  • In-depth verbal & written communication skills

  • In-depth analytical and problem solving skills
  • In-depth influence skills
  • In-depth data driven decision making
Pay & benefits
  • Salary: $55,500.00 - $120,000.00
  • Pay Type: Salaried
