Duties
As the Merchandise Leader, you support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the store meets AEO Brand Visual Standards through effective floorset execution, replenishment, and maintaining a guest-ready environment. You represent company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.
Hard requirements
- Passion for merchandising and visual standards
- Strong retail merchandising and visual skills with a history of retail work
- Attention to detail, organization, priority-setting, and time management
